EGR Crew is a club sport. As such, it relies heavily on volunteers to support the team. Volunteer opportunities are plentiful, so parents can find ways to contribute that suit them. Examples include: setting up the team tents at regattas, helping with the rowing equipment, bringing food to regattas, and watching the boathouse during practices while the team is on the water.
Each season, new parents are welcomed with a parent meeting. At the meeting, we’ll discuss expectations, practices, regatta details, team uniforms, fees and budgets.
